Shipping policy
Misguided Industries offers nationwide Canada and US shipping.
Crating fee for coated bumpers is $350 plus tax. For raw bumpers it is $115.
Shipping itself within Canada ranges from $180-$600 depending on location. Additional charges apply for residential, farm, and/or tailgate deliveries.
Customs for US Shipping is $180 CAD. Shipping itself ranges anywhere from $300-$1500 CAD. Exchange rate is in your favour.
Upon delivery of your order (prior to signing), please inspect pallet for any signs of damage. If any are seen, please have the driver make note on the paper prior to you signing it and take photos of:
- Wrapped/enclosed package damage (close up and further back)
- Unpackaged damage (close up and further back)
- Delivery paper with damage notes on it
If damage is incurred, we as the shipper need to submit a claim. In order to do so, photos need to be provided and notes need to have been made on the paper presented by the driver. If these are not provided, there is a high chance the carrier’s claims department will reject it.
Misguided Industries is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. We will assist in submitting claims, but if proper evidence is not provided, the consignee may become responsible for any repair costs.
